Quality
We hold no certifications at this stage. What we do have is a defined inspection method and the records it produces — which is what a certificate is evidence of anyway.
Three checkpoints
A single final inspection finds the same defects far later and far more expensively.
Material and bought-in goods are checked against the order and the specification before they enter production or stock. A defect caught here costs a rejection note; the same defect caught at delivery costs a customer.
Checks sit at the points where a problem is still cheap to fix, not only at the end. Measured values are recorded, not pass marks — knowing a batch was at the edge of tolerance is what tells you about the next one.
Nothing ships without a release check against the drawing revision on the order, with the record issued alongside the goods rather than filed and forgotten.
Records
Most quality paperwork is filed and never read, which is a fair reflection of how much of it is written. "Inspected — pass" tells a customer nothing they could act on and gives the supplier nothing to improve against.
Ours records the characteristic checked and against which drawing revision, the measured value rather than the verdict, the instrument used and when it was last verified, the sample size and how it was selected, and who took the measurement.

Standards
Planned, in progress, or held. Nothing on this page claims a certificate we do not have, and when one is achieved this table will carry the issuer, the certificate number and the expiry date.
Manufacturing, trading and distribution operations

Agricultural processing and packing
All qualified suppliers
A row of standards logos on a new company's website usually means the company is describing an aspiration in a way that reads as an achievement. We would rather show you the method now and the certificate when it exists.
Documentation
As standard, not on request. If you need a particular format for your own system, tell us at quotation stage and we will match it.
Next step
The fastest way to judge a supplier's quality claims is to place a trial order and read what comes back with it. We would encourage exactly that.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
