Sample scopes

The kind of work we take on

These are illustrative scopes, not delivered case studies. We would rather show you the shape of the work honestly than dress up examples we have not yet completed.

Illustrative

Four scopes we are set up to deliver

Each describes a real capability. None describes a completed job, and each card says so.

  • Cutting torch flame being applied to a metal sheet
    Illustrative scope

Fabricated frames for a handling system

    Manufacturing

Cutting, welding and powder coating of steel frames to customer drawings, delivered in scheduled batches.

Illustrative scope. Replace with a delivered project once one is complete and the customer agrees to be named.

  • Port gantry cranes standing over a container terminal at dusk
    Illustrative scope

    Consolidated import of equipment spares

    Trading

Sourcing from three origins, consolidation into one shipment, customs clearance and delivery to a single site.

Illustrative scope. Replace with a delivered project once one is complete and the customer agrees to be named.

  • Warehouse floor stacked with intermediate bulk containers and drums
    Illustrative scope

Buffer stock programme for a production line

    Distribution

Illustrative scope. Replace with a delivered project once one is complete and the customer agrees to be named.

Straight answer

Why this page has no client names

Because there are none to name yet. When there are, a case study here will carry the customer's name with their permission, what the problem was, what we did, and a result with a baseline and a timeframe attached to it.

  • No client will appear here without written permission.
  • Every published result will state its baseline and its period.
  • Illustrative scopes stay labelled as illustrative until replaced.
  • If you would be willing to be an early reference, tell us — it will be worth it to both of us.
