Careers

Join a company early enough to shape how it works

We are a new company. The systems, the standards and the way things are done here are still being set — and whoever joins now helps set them.

What it is like

What we can honestly offer

Not free lunches and a ping-pong table. Four things that are true about working at a company this size, at this stage.

  • Build something from the start

The company is new. The systems, the standards and the way things are done here are still being set, and you will help set them.

  • Real responsibility early

Small teams mean the person who spots the problem is usually the person who fixes it. There is no layer to hand it to.

  • Training that is planned, not promised

Technical and language training is scheduled and paid for, and it appears in your objectives rather than in a benefits list.

  • Straightforward management

You will be told what is expected, told when it is not being met, and told when it is. No surprises at review time.

How we hire

Four stages, and what happens at each

Including how long each takes and what you get back. A hiring process that leaves people waiting without an answer tells them exactly what working there would be like.

  1. Application

Send your CV to the careers address with the role in the subject line.

    You give
Your CV and a short note on why the role fits
    You get
    Acknowledgement within three working days
  2. Conversation

A first conversation about the role, the work and what you are looking for. Usually 30–45 minutes.

    You give
Your questions, which matter as much as ours
    You get
A clear yes or no, with the reason
  3. Practical discussion

A working session on a real problem from the role — not a puzzle, and not unpaid work.

    You give
How you would approach an actual task
    You get
A decision, and feedback either way
  4. Offer

A written offer with the salary, the terms and the start date stated in full.

    You give
Your acceptance and any questions on terms
    You get
Signed offer and an agreed start date

Next step

Not sure you fit any of the roles?

Write anyway. A short note about what you are good at and what you would want to own here is more useful to us than a CV tailored to a job description.

Applications acknowledged within three working days.
