How we work

Inquiry to support, in six stages you can hold us to

Most suppliers publish this as six words in a row of icons. Ours names what you give us and what you get back at every stage, because that is the part you can actually check.

The process

Every stage has an owner, an input and an output

Nothing here is aspirational. If a stage cannot produce its stated output, we tell you at that stage rather than at the delivery date.

  1. Inquiry

You tell us what you need. A named contact picks it up the same working day and confirms whether we are the right supplier for it.

    You give
Your requirement, drawing, sample or specification
    You get
Acknowledgement with a named contact, within one working day
  2. Consultation

We work through specification, quantity, tolerance and timing — and flag anything that will cost you more than it needs to.

    You give
Technical detail, target quantity and required date
    You get
Agreed specification and a feasible delivery window
  3. Quotation

An itemised quotation against the agreed specification. Prices, lead time and terms are stated in full, with nothing held back for later.

    You give
    Confirmed specification
    You get
Written itemised quotation with lead time and validity
  4. Production

Manufacture or procurement begins against your order, with in-process checks at the points where problems are cheap to fix.

    You give
Purchase order and any customer-supplied material
    You get
Progress confirmation and in-process inspection records
  5. Delivery

Final inspection, packing to protect the goods in transit, and delivery to your receiving hours with complete documentation.

    You give
Delivery address, receiving window and site requirements
    You get
Goods delivered with inspection and shipping documents
  6. Support

After delivery we stay on the account: replenishment, spares, specification changes and any issue that comes back to us.

    You give
Feedback, repeat requirement or issue report
    You get
Resolution, replenishment plan or revised specification

If a stage cannot produce its output, you hear about it at that stage.

Our commitment on lead times

In practice

What you get at each stage

The outputs from the six stages, gathered in one list. If any of them are missing on your order, that is a failure on our side and we would like to hear about it.

  • A named contact from the first enquiry through to repeat supply
  • Acknowledgement of every enquiry within one working day
  • Itemised quotations that show what drives the price
  • A stated lead time, quoted from real capacity
  • In-process inspection records, not just a final pass mark
  • Packing appropriate to the transit, agreed before dispatch
  • Complete documentation delivered with the goods
  • A review after delivery, including the ones that went fine

Questions

Questions about working with us

Including what happens when something goes wrong, which is the question worth asking a new supplier.

You are a new company. Why should we buy from you?
Because of what you can check rather than what we claim. Our specifications, inspection records and documentation come with the goods, our lead times are quoted from real capacity, and we are happy to start with a trial order so the risk of finding out is small.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and we would rather discuss it than publish a number that turns away a good customer. Trial quantities are welcome — we prefer a small first order to a large one placed on trust neither side has earned yet.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Enquiries are acknowledged within one working day. Catalogue items are usually quoted within three working days; made-to-drawing items depend on the drawing, and we will tell you when to expect the price rather than leaving you waiting.
Do you hold certifications?
Not yet, and we will not claim otherwise. A quality management system is being implemented with ISO 9001 certification targeted once it has run a full audit cycle. Our current standards, and their honest status, are listed on the quality page.
Can you supply against our own specification?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send a drawing, a sample or a written specification and we will confirm what we can meet before quoting, including anything we cannot.
Which documents come with a delivery?
As standard: a packing list, the relevant inspection or dimensional record, and material or conformity documentation where it applies. Export shipments include the full documentation set for the destination.
Do you deliver outside Vietnam?
Yes. Export shipments are consolidated, documented and booked by us, and we can quote on the incoterms you normally trade on.
How do we set up an account?
Send an enquiry through the contact page and a named contact will take you through it. For repeat supply we will usually agree a framework covering pricing, lead times and replenishment before the first order.

Next step

Stage one starts with a message

Tell us what you need. If we are not the right supplier for it, you will get that answer within a working day rather than a quotation that quietly never arrives.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
