About us
We are recently established, we are not pretending otherwise, and everything on this page is something we can be held to from the first order rather than something we are claiming about the past.
Our mission
To supply industrial and agricultural businesses with dependable products and straightforward service, and to be the supplier our customers do not have to think about.
Our vision
To grow into a trusted regional partner for manufacturing, trading and distribution — measured by the customers who keep coming back, not by how loudly we describe ourselves.
What we actually do
We manufacture components to customer drawings, source and import industrial goods, hold stock against forecasts, and move all of it. Most of our customers need more than one of those, and would rather not manage four suppliers and four sets of paperwork to get there.
Being one supplier across those activities is not a slogan about synergy. It means one contact, one quotation, one delivery schedule and one place to complain when something goes wrong — which is usually the part that matters.

Core values
Values are worth publishing only if they would ever cost you an order. These have.
A delivery date is a commitment, not an estimate. When something slips, you hear it from us first.
Clear specifications, itemised quotations and documented inspection. No surprises at the invoice stage.
We solve the problem in front of us with the simplest thing that works, and we say when a cheaper option would do.
We would rather earn a second order than win the first one on a price we cannot sustain.
Business philosophy
Three habits that sound obvious and are unusual enough in practice that we will put them in writing.
We quote what we can deliver and decline what we cannot. A supplier who over-promises costs you more than one who says no.
Specifications, inspection records and shipping documents come as standard, not on request. If you cannot check it, it is not quality.
Every enquiry gets a named person and a reply within one working day, including the ones we cannot help with.

We would rather earn a second order than win the first one on a price we cannot sustain.
Customer commitment
Not tiered by spend. A trial order gets the same named contact, the same documentation and the same honesty about lead times as a framework agreement.
One person owns your account from enquiry through delivery. You will not re-explain your requirement to a queue.
Inspection records, material declarations and dimensional checks are issued with the goods.
Quoted from real capacity and confirmed supplier availability, not from what we think you want to hear.
Trial quantities are welcome. We would rather you test us on a small order first.
How we work
This is the whole process, not a simplified version of it.
You tell us what you need. A named contact picks it up the same working day and confirms whether we are the right supplier for it.
We work through specification, quantity, tolerance and timing — and flag anything that will cost you more than it needs to.
An itemised quotation against the agreed specification. Prices, lead time and terms are stated in full, with nothing held back for later.
Manufacture or procurement begins against your order, with in-process checks at the points where problems are cheap to fix.
Final inspection, packing to protect the goods in transit, and delivery to your receiving hours with complete documentation.
After delivery we stay on the account: replenishment, spares, specification changes and any issue that comes back to us.
Standards
We hold no certifications yet and we are not going to imply otherwise. This is the honest status of each one, and it will be updated as each is achieved.

Next step
A trial order is the fastest way to find out whether any of this is true. We would rather you tested us on one than took our word for it on a hundred.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
